The online store heasoojus.ee (hereinafter the Store) is owned by Hea Kaubandus OÜ (registry code 11469823), located at Mäepealse 2, Tallinn, 12618, Estonia.
Validity of the contract, product and price information
These terms apply to purchases made from the Store.
Prices are shown next to each product. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices in the Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The fee is shown to the buyer at checkout.
Information about each product is presented in the Store directly alongside the product.
Placing an order
To order, add the desired products to the cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and choose a delivery method. The total payable is then shown and can be paid securely via the following methods:
- Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut
- Payment by invoice
Note! When paying via a bank link, be sure to click “Return to merchant” on the bank’s page.
Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the Store in a secure environment — for bank links in the respective bank’s secure environment, and for cards in Montonio Finance UAB’s secure environment. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or card details. The contract enters into force once the amount due is received in the Store’s account.
The Store owner is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data needed to process payments to the processor Montonio Finance UAB.
If an ordered item cannot be delivered because it is out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer is notified at the earliest opportunity and the money paid (including delivery costs) is refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from sending the notice.
Delivery
The buyer can receive the goods in the following ways: courier delivery to home/office, or self-pickup at Mäepealse 2, Tallinn.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are shown next to the chosen delivery method.
Shipments generally reach the buyer’s destination within 3–5 business days of the contract entering into force. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 21 calendar days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day right of return, the goods may only be used in the way necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning, as would be permitted when testing them in a physical store. If the goods have been used for another purpose or show signs of use or wear, the Store may reduce the refund in proportion to the decrease in value.
To return goods, submit a withdrawal notice and send it to info@heasoojus.ee no later than 14 days from receiving the goods.
Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is that the product does not match the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the notice, or provide proof that they handed the goods to the carrier within that period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Store refunds all payments received from the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice. The Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back, or until the buyer has provided proof of returning them, whichever is earlier.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method offered by the Store, the Store need not refund the cost exceeding that of the standard method. The Store has the right to withdraw from the transaction and reclaim the goods if the price was, by mistake, set significantly below market value.
Right to lodge a complaint
The Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect that existed at the time of handover and becomes apparent within two years of the goods being handed to the buyer. During the first six months it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of handover; rebutting this presumption is the Store’s responsibility.
On discovering a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the Store within two months by emailing info@heasoojus.ee or calling 611 9019.
The Store is not liable for defects arising after the goods were handed over. If the goods have a defect for which the Store is liable, the Store will repair or replace them. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Store refunds all payments made under the contract. The Store responds to a consumer complaint in writing or in a form reproducible in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer solely to process the order and ship the goods. The Store forwards personal data to the carrier in order to deliver the goods.
The Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has requested them. The buyer can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email.
Resolution of disputes
If the buyer has any complaints about the Store, they should be sent to info@heasoojus.ee or by calling 611 9019.
If the buyer and the Store cannot settle a dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The committee resolves disputes arising from the contract; reviewing a complaint is free of charge. The buyer may also use the European Union online dispute resolution platform.
