Infrared flat heating cable on a glueable mesh for indoor and outdoor areas

The black coated infrared heating technology has an outer cover in the form of a polypropylene sheath. This feature allows the prefabricated floor heating system to cover even large surfaces and is suitable for both home heating and industrial warehouses, greenhouses, grain and sports fields. A fiberglass mesh to which a multilayer laminated earth plate is attached is assembled for convenient installation; the mesh is also suitable for connecting screeds and adhesives, preventing breakage and cracks. The mesh is designed for installation on indoor and outdoor floors of both homes and industrial warehouses, but even under lawns.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A REGULAR HEATING CABLE AND A HS FLAT HEATING CABLE

LARGER RADIATION SURFACE Unlike other heating cables, which are only a few mm wide, the flat multilayer cable has a radiation surface of 2 cm. This allows for a more even distribution of heat.

CABLE HEIGHT

The heating cable is only 3 mm high. Thanks to the thin aluminum mounting, our heating system can also be installed under floating floors that are placed on top of the existing floor covering, without significantly changing the total thickness of the floor covering.
